vaginal cream should usually be stored at room temperature, to apply the cream you should be lying down comfortably with a towel beneath you. As i always state you should always keep your vagina clean i would suggest doing this first. There are various creams on the market, if you have been prescribed one you should obviously use this but if not find one that best suits you, check with your pharmacist and read the label before you purchase though however creams are not always required and you can try alternative methods by clicking here and here. Now once your vagina is clean you can open the tube and screw the applicator nozzle on it should be secure but do not over tighten it. Gently squeeze tube from the bottom into the applicator barrel to reach the required amount needed, (most applicators provide markings). Now unscrew the applicator from the tube and lay on back with your knees drawn towards you and your towel under you in case of spillage, gently insert applicator deep into your vagina and press the plunger downward until it reaches its original position. Before going to sleep is a good time to apply the cream as the cream will stay in the vagina more efficiently. Reusable applicators should be cleaned by removing the plunger from the barrel and washing with mild soap and warm water never use water which is of a high temperature.
